Process Of Bucket Teeth

There are three types of bucket teeth process. They are sand casting, forging casting and precision casting. Sand casting has lowest cost and the quality of the bucket teeth is worse than others. Forging casting although has high cost but the quality is best. Precision casting has very strict requirements to the raw material and technology level is relatively high. Due to mixed ingredients, some bucket teeth made by precision casting has high quality and abrasion resistance, even better than the bucket teeth which processed by forging casting.
Bucket teeth of excavator is an important part. And it is similar to people’s teeth. It is composed by the tooth and tooth tip which connect by pin shaft. You should only change the tooth tip because tooth wear failure is part of the tooth tip.
