Bucket teeth is the terminal of excavator working device. In the mining process the bucket teeth is driving friction repeatedly with the soil directly. It is belong to consumable parts. Especially in stone construction the bucket teeth is worn more quickly. It will cause a single bucket tooth fracture with uniform stress. Certainly the replacement cycle will be shorten and maintenance costs will be increase. In view of this situation, people has got a new technology, that welding the together two waste bucket tooth sleeve and forming a new bucket tooth.
